1. Subscription Refunds

inventoryai's refund policy is as follows:

• Within 14 days of purchase: Annual plans are eligible for a full refund.
• Monthly plans: Refunds are only available within 48 hours after the first charge.
• After 14 days: No refunds are provided, but you can cancel anytime — your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

2. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and refunded to the original payment method.

3. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank, your subscription will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
